THIS case was turned down, but that DOES NOT MEAN AN END TO THE LEGAL ASPECTS OF THE CASE!!! It only means that they didn't want to weigh in AT THIS POINT IN TIME!!

But you keep "explaining to us" how the LEGAL SYSTEM WORKS and we'll get the LAST LAUGH, pumpkin, when it doesn't go your way!!
